Athlete 60 Sessions

Athlete 60 focuses on building a foundation of strength and preparing athletes for skill development once they hit the court or field. The confidence they build through strength development echos in all areas of their game. From pros to high school, we use the same principles to achieve the results you want.

Personal Training

Restorative Flow

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, slow, restorative stretch experience where you can relax and recharge. Restorative yoga will gently warm up the body & focus on poses that you can simply melt into allowing us to let go of long-held tensions that may manifest not only in our physical body but out mental body as well. This is mostly a floor practice with few to no active, strenuous poses. Many props are used in this class to encourage support in every pose. This class is not heated.

Mobility

Our Mobility Class is for everyone. This class is designed to release joint restrictions, and increase your range of motion. The Mobility class technique focuses on various techniques including Isometric & PNF stretching, joint mobility, and more without injury or stress to the body. Participants learn how to connect their unique anatomy and biomechanics to improve range of motion, skill and function. Experience huge progress without risking injury– clients leave class feeling lengthened with more range of motion.
