High Protein Peanut Butter Parfait

Peanut butter lovers, get your spoon ready for this quick, easy, and healthy snack that’s low in fat and high in protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225g) nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (12g) "PB2" powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 small (51g) banana (sliced)

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt and powdered peanut butter thoroughly.
  2. Top with sliced bananas and enjoy.

Notes

  • Optional: make an extra PB drizzle by mixing an additional tablespoon of powdered peanut butter with a little bit of water. Macros not included.
